Desert Waters Correctional Outreach

The Executive Director of DWCO (Caterina Spinaris Tudor) spends a large amount of time at workshops, fundraisers, conferences, and staff trainings. Here are some comments from a few of those outings.

• Great presentation, sense of understanding corrections personnel.
• Very enthusiastic about her work. Strong voice, good interaction with participants.
• Workshop very interesting and enlightening. Learned a lot.
• Caterina is an outstanding presenter. Corrections professionals need this training.
• You are very on target. This should be discussed at basic training, etc. Corrections need to get on board and develop training and support for staff to help them understand to deal. Your comments on how this (the nature of the work) affects staff culture are correct.
